Minutes of AGM held 28th July 2021

Apologies:   Tony Hunt, Carole Ward, Bob Luckhurst.

Present:  12

Chairman's Report: Charles welcomed everyone to the 11th HLHG AGM. The annual Chairman's report was read by Charles and reflected on the past 16 months and the impact Covid19 has had on everyone’s way of life.

Thanks were given to the Officers for their help and support during this time, with special thanks to Carole Ward for keeping the Web site up to date and donating the web hosting and domain fees. Due to ongoing health issues, Carole will no longer be able to attend meetings. Thanks were also given to the ladies who provide the refreshments at the end of each meeting.   

Minutes of the 2019 AGM: These were agreed and signed.

Treasurer's Report:  The accounts were accepted by the group – proposed by Charles Dumpleton and seconded by Vikki Hunt.

Subscriptions to remain at £10.  

Election of Officers: All officers were elected: Charles Dumpleton (Chair), Bob Luckhurst (Vice-Chair), Jane Bridges (Treasurer), Mo Morel (Secretary). - proposed by Alma Knight and seconded by Mary Dayman.
